uppiesbeads59.blogspot.com Hello my beautiful anti aging peeps…This video was recorded a month ago….I am still in Florida…I had thought maybe this was more information than you needed but realized that many women suffer from Urinary Infections….and as we women age it is something that just happens…adding cranberries is not the cure but it really does make a difference…AND they taste so good in this smoothie!! Of course if you want you can throw all ingredients into your blender with 3/4 cup of water….and blend away…I prefer to juice and blend… You will need: 1 apple 1/2 a banana 2 healthy handfuls of cranberries 1/4 of a peeled pineapple ( no need to core if you have a good juicer) 4 or 5 ice cubes Juice the apple, cranberries and pineapple….add to blender with banana and ice….Enjoy!
